Course Access and Use

Enrollment

• You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in Viper.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

License to Use

When you purchase a Viper membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access course materials and resources for personal use only.

• View and download content for your own learning (where available).

• Use the materials for the duration of your active plan or, for lifetime members, indefinitely under these Terms.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share your login or account credentials with others.

• Copy, distribute, leak, or resell Viper content.

• Use course materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

• Upload or distribute malicious content.

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise our platform.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

Payment Terms

Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD ($) and include any applicable taxes.

• Prices may change without notice; however, changes do not affect completed purchases or active billing cycles.

• Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment.

Payment Methods

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe via Whop.

• We accept major credit and debit cards, and other methods shown during checkout.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All purchases are final.

• Because Viper provides instant digital access, no refunds are offered after purchase.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account or by contacting support.

• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous charges.

• Lifetime memberships are a one-time payment and do not renew automatically.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All course materials, videos, text, scripts, tools, and branding are the exclusive property of Viper and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Viper content without written consent.

Your Content

By submitting comments, assignments, or discussions in our community, you grant Viper a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify, and display that content within the platform for moderation and educational purposes.

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use Viper lawfully, respectfully, and in compliance with these Terms.

• Not interfere with other users’ learning experience.

• Not share, leak, or misuse internal community discussions.

• Follow the community rules and guidelines.

Viper reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates these principles.

Course Completion and Certificates

• Certificates may be provided for educational recognition but do not represent any formal accreditation or guarantee of results.

• We reserve the right to revoke certificates or access for violations of these Terms.

We make no guarantees about:

• Specific results or profits.

• Success in trading, investing, or development.

• Future income or employment opportunities.

"As Is" Basis

All materials and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viper shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities.

• Damages exceeding the total amount paid by you for your course or membership.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

• Leak, resell, or distribute content.

• Fail to complete payment obligations.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Viper after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims will be resolved through:
